131 years ago, on August 18th, 1882, Mary of the Passion took possession of the house of St. Helen and its community, for it was to be a living example of fidelity and poverty to bring new life to the Institute, which was in its first steps. Currently, the community of St. Helen is much more international than the one that existed 131 years ago. That is why, throughout the day - in very beautiful and meaningful moments of prayer and moments of encounter and fraternal joy - varied and diversified symbols were presented, evoking confidence in God, our strength, mission, service, the joy of living in fraternity in this great and beautiful international family. The presence of Sister Sue was a moment of excitement and joy for all.
