The Pro pipelines, tankers & LNG strategy make some valid points as do the Critics discussing Norway, royalties, infrastructure deficits and its negative affects on other sectors In your own private portfolio you would not invest so heavily in one economic sector .. Harper & ALTA in a foot stamping way say there is no other way to run the economy which isnt true .. it is not balanced. Harper has to introduce budget in Feb or be in Election .. If Oil stays or continues to fall .. CPC could be posting deficits this year and next.
