14 Avant Garde Looks That Caught Our Eye From The Fall 2014 Collections We do a lot of talking about all the amazing looks that grace the catwalks during fashion week (month, really). From our favorite fall 2014 styles from our hometown NYC designers to our favorite looks from all the 2014 collections in New York, London, Milan, and Paris, there is almost no limit to the number of pieces we covet. (If only money grew on trees, right?) On the flip side, there are also lots styles that we don’t exactly want ourselves but can appreciate for their artistic value. That’s other side of fashion, the more “out there” avant garde side that’s a true expression of artistry and imagination. While the styles aren’t exactly that wearable–unless you’re Lady Gaga–they are nonetheless unique and inspirational, and worthy of some inspection and appreciation.
