[140726] Tao’s reply to a fan on Instagram: Fan: Taozi, next time your captions are in English and Korean, can you do it in Chinese too, you’re Chinese after all- can you please think of the Chinese fans as well? Tao: Didn’t I post on weibo? To be quite honest, fans who have these stupid sense of entitlement can really go have several seats. Tao goes out of his way to accommodate as many of his fans as possible. He posts in all three languages frequently and tries to post on all his social media accounts as much as he can. And even when he doesn’t, fans are going to translate a billion different versions of it anyway. He’s not obligated to write this long English essay he wrote for intl fans apologizing for not communicating enough in English. He’s not obligated to say goodnight in Chinese and Korean like he did here. He’s not your personal translator, he’s not obligated to do anything non-music related. He’s just a nice enough person to try to reach out to all his fans so no one feels neglected. He doesn’t have to do any of that. He’s constantly busy traveling and performing, barely has time to eat or sleep, constantly gets injured and doesn’t even complain, and he still manages to find time to post updates for his fans and tell them not to worry. What more do you want? You’re not gonna find many other famous individuals with his hectic schedule and level of popularity who would be willing to do all that for his fans. Tao is extremely kind-hearted, don’t take his generosity for granted and ruin it for fans that appreciate how far he’s willing to go for us. Especially not directly to him to where he has to see it and respond. That is so inconsiderate. He’s far too kind and far too patient. Thank You Tao, some fans truly don’t deserve you
