141020: The Olympian When it comes to building muscle stamina and cardiovascular endurance...this one is sure to challenge you. Start the week strong my friends! Perform the following circuit 1-3 times depending on your current fitness level: 100 Burpees 1500 Meter Row (if you dont have access to a rower, substitute a 3 Mile Bike Ride) 1 Mile Run ***ALWAYS Warm-up for 5-10 minutes by getting the heart rate up and completing some ballistic and static stretching for the muscle groups to be trained. Ensure you Cool-down for 5-10 minutes at the end of each workout by allowing your heart rate to return to normal levels and completing some ballistic and static stretching.*** ***WARNING: These workout plans are only an idea and place to begin.
