15/03/2014 Dear constable I wish to make it clear that i wish you to conduct your duty under your oath of office and i am claiming common law. I intend to do a one man protest starting at the chronicle office in Oldham at 9 am on the 31/3/2014, I will be going up to Queen st Oldham to protest the row of family solicitors.Going up Oldham town center to the police station protesting along the way.I will be going to Oldham magistrates i do intend to enter under law and raise my voice and i will choose to walk into any open court proceedings going on at Oldham magistrates under law. I am going to Oldham Council where again i want to enter and raise my voice.I will also be going to and finishing at Oldham County court where i wish to enter the building and raise my voice. I wish to spend 30 minutes protesting at each place mentioned except Oldham county court where on arrival i wish to protest till around 4pm thankyou. Please be aware that under law bystanders are more than welcome to join in or follow me on my lawful protest with or with out signage. The common law bystanders and i will abide by law first and foremost are no damage to anybody elses property and no one will inflict any form of harm to anybody else.Anything else in my view is a act of parliment, which i refuse to abide by. I also wish for you to respect the fact i have broke and do not intend to break the law therefore i will be requesting information to check there have been no unlawful searches on me since making contact over my protest. I would like to request the constable on duty the day of my protest in fact presents himself in attire and in law as a constable. If you have any questions feel free to ask on the above communication and please could you respond with in seven days on receipt of this email. Respect constables because acts of parliment steal children Regards Chris Tompson
