Weather Situation Fresh west to northwesterly afternoon sea breezes are expected over the Pilbara during the remainder of Sunday afternoon. On Monday, hot and dry conditions with fresh and gusty northwesterly winds extend through northern and eastern parts of the state. For the rest of Sunday 30 November: Severe Fire Danger in the following fire weather districts: East Pilbara Coast, West Pilbara Coast, East Pilbara Inland and Ashburton Inland For Monday 1 December: Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather district: South Interior Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts: West Kimberley Coast, East Pilbara Coast, East Pilbara Inland, Goldfields, Eucla and North Interior If you are in a SEVERE or EXTREME Fire Danger area: The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises if a fire starts and takes hold it will be unpredictable, move very fast and be difficult for firefighters to bring under control.
