15 pounds in 40 days. Can a CFer gain 15 lbs in 40 days? That is my mission/goal. Every time I go into the hospital I loose an average of 5 pounds, mostly due to horrible food. My wife brings me meals but that gets expensive. Then I thought about when I get the call for transplant how many pounds will I loose then. So, Ive decided to get my weight up and maintain there. I plan to do as much exercise as my lungs will allow. But this will be all real food weight, not water and not junky fast food. Whos with me, can we get a gang together to say August is heavy month? I plan on eating 4 meals a day with snacks and protein shakes in between. GRawl!
