15 years ago, this hour, my father left this earth. Hes been gone for graduations, marriages, births, birthdays and more. I miss him more than words, but this year something is different. Last week, for the first time our girls met his brother and sisters (minus 2) and cousins. I watched as our timid little girls jumped into the arms of their aunts, uncles and cousins as if theyd known them forever. It made my heart smile to see them be a part of the east coast family. Thank you to all who made us feel so welcome. Cheers to my daddy, cheers to this family near and far!
