Today numbers: HALFWAY THERE!!!! :) BUTT CHALLENGE 55 lunges 55 deadlifts 40 kickbacks 85 bridge pulses OBLIQUE CHALLENGE 30 woodchoppers/side 60 (second or pulse) side plank 88 ankle touches 70 russian twists SHOULDER CHALLENGE 95 upright rows 60 side lateral raises 85 shoulder presses 65 shoulder rotations/side THIGH CHALLENGE 55 lateral lunges/side 85 scissors 32 fire hydrants/side 80 plie squat pulses BACK CHALLENGE 55 reverse flies 55 bridge pullovers 40 renegade rows/side 90seconds superman ARM CHALLENGE 30 push-ups 60 dips 85 bicep curls 70second punches AB CHALLENGE 70 sit-ups 90 crunches 42 leg raises 60second plank SQUAT CHALLENGE 140 squats CARDIO CHALLENGE 2minutes 20seconds each of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jumprope with or without a rope, and skaters I am heading out of town for a few days for a hockey tournament in scenic Squamish (memories of Cleveland Ave, Lenke Sifko, and the apartment above the post office!... my favourite ever winter!)
