16.3hh 16year old flea bitten grey Hanoverian mare. Zena is an amazing mare she has done a bit of everything at a good level including eventing and showjumping, she has done BSJA and has BE points. She is a very powerful mare, she is sound and could easily be brought back into full time work. She needs a confident experienced rider as she is forward going and bred from performance. She is well schooled and 100% to hack alone or in company. We have owned her a little over a year and did have plans to breed from her however with a busy show season ahead next year we have decided to not breed next year, and now we are focusing on show horses, she is wasted in the field. She is great with other horses and has been turned out with mares and geldings. She happily lives out but she doesnt like to be rugged. Her only health problem is she has one small melanoma behind her ear. This is a reluctant sale as we love this mare but we cant see her wasted. She is very reasonably priced as she is unfit and we dont have the time currently to bring her back into work. She doesnt come with tack, strictly no loans or part ex and NO novices. £550
