Admin please post this #DaNisH Mind u J&K z not corrupt but we ppl r corrupt n we r corrupt bcz of people like u n me...When a child is born for birth registration if we have to go 3 times to registrar office we would not do that rather than that we would pay some 100s to an agent n he will in turn pay some money to a clerk n get ur certificate done quickly...We give donation for school admission that z a form of bribe n against law n bribe...If u r sited for traffic violation we will pay bribe to the traffic constable n get away rather than paying fine in the court to avoid hassles. We do everything that encourages corruption n then we sit in our homes n cry that our system z corrupt...
