17th September 2013 PRESS RELEASE RE. CHANGES IN TECHNICAL BENCH Following a spate of poor performance in the playing unit, AFC Leopards National Executive Committee (NEC) has terminated services of the head coach Luc Eymael The NEC has further parted ways with the rest of the technical bench on mutual consent to pave way for a new team to guide the team for the remaining fixtures of the season. The NEC has traced the poor performance to various issues including but not limited to the head coach’s high handedness and unending unreasonable demands. The NEC has henceforth appointed James Nandwa with immediate effect as the interim head coach till the end of the season to be assisted by Micky Weche. The new appointments will be unveiled tomorrow at the training grounds at Gigiri with the remaining positions of Team Manager and Goalkeeper trainer being named at a later date.
