#186 there were so many ‘aaaahhh’s and ncoooo’ that filled the air. Priest:’’can I get the rings please” luyanda brought them forward. Priest:” you know what you have to do” sandile took my ring that he bought when we were still friends Sandile:” I sandile give you lethokuhle this ring as an eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you” that sparkly spark bling bling was blinding me. me:”I lethokuhle give you sandile this ring as an eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you” the priest held his hand over our hands and said a short prayer. Priest:” father I pray that you bless this union and you keep them from harms way. Let their love grow within them, with them and with you as their anchor. I ask this in the name of the father, the son and the holy spiri, amen” ‘amen” chanted everyone priest:”by the power vested in me I pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride” i didn’t wear a veil I had a fascinator. Sandile and I smiled at each other, then he came close to me. everything was happening in slow motion. He had his hands on my waist, I tilted my head to the side and he did the same on the opposite side, my hands were on his shoulder blades. Our lips met and locked in a passionate earth shaking kiss, that left my begging for more. Priest:”ladies and gentlemen I present to you Mr and Mrs Zuma” the afternoon air was filled with cheers. Whitney Houston – you’ll nevr stand alone played on the background while we signed the marriage certificate, I had already signed the prenup days before. When we were done we went for the photo shoot, it was a relaxed atmosphere and we were having fun taking the pictures. after I took one alone phumlani came to me, phumlani:”I was tempted to stop the wedding but I realised that if I did that you would hate me forever and plus I can see that you love sandile very much” me:”I would not only hate you but I was going to slap some sense into you.” we laughed. Sanele and sandi came to us as well, we took a picture with them and sothando. Thembi came to us a while later, I didn’t even know shewas there thembi:”you two look really happy together and I hope one day we can be friends. Congratulations” sandile:”thank you” I just smiled a genuine smile. My family was so happy especially my mother after we took the pictures before going inside to dine like kings and queens my mother pulled me on the side. Mum:”congratulations lethokuhle, you have indeed carried your name well. Make sure that you respect, love and honour your husband. Your home must always be warm, if or when he makes you angry, continue loving and respecting him. a woman never raises her voice to her husband, they take turns speaking like civilised people. When he does you wrong, let it go, not for him but for yourself. And lastly don’t deprive your husband some action in bed. I wish you all the best my child and make sure that you invite God into your heart, life, family and home. I love you” me:”I love you too ma and thank you for everything that you have done for me and that you will continue doing for me” we hugged and we were interrupted by anele, asanda and thoba, anele:”now you are officially my sister” we hugged, I was in a very generous mood, dishing out free hugs to anyone who wanted it. Thoba:”congratulations sisi” me:”thank you, you guys” joann signalled us that it was time to go inside, so xoli and luyanda lead the way, followed by swazi and lindani, then zandi and phumlani and lastly mandisa and sthembiso (sandile’s cousin) they were dancing to a mash up mix of some afro pop sounds, from mafikizolo to ntando, to lira, and many more artists. Im not a good dancer in fact I suck at dancing, I would be able to dance to save my own life and sandile on the other hand can really dance. So I just moved a bit swinging side to side then stop and let sandile do his thing and inbetween the dancing we stole some tender kisses, until we reached our seats. Everybody was having a good time and that is what I wanted more than everything to have people who are close to my heart share this amazing day with us… #187 We took our seats on the podium and sandile’s cousin Nathi and my cousin Zafika were the programme directors and they did a marvellous job too. When we sent out the wedding invitation link, we included the menu and requested our guest to select the food they wanted from that given menu: Starters 1. Shrimp cocktail 2. Bacon wrapped mushroom appetizer 3. Baked feta filo fingers Main course 1. Steak spirals with pepper sauce 2. Braised lamp shanks 3. Breast fillet bake, coated in garlic chips 4. Stuffed chicken breasts with rice and salad Dessert 1. Chocolate molten lava cake 2. Mini apple pie 3. Ice cream oreo dessert 4. Sticky toffee pudding Drinks 1. Fruit cocktail 2. Soft drinks 3. Wine 4. Champagne The guests were served the food they had chosen, and because there was a seating plan in place the waiters knew exactly which meal had to go where. We didn’t have a long programme and I for one was really tired, so I could imagine how some guest felt. Speakers took turns congratulating us on our union and sharing what they called ‘the secrets to a happy marriiage’. At the end of the programme both our dads said their vote of thanks. When they were done sandile got up for the vote of thanks from our side. Sandile:”my wife and I” he paused and looked at me so lovingly and continued “did you guys miss what I’ve just said” he paused again and all eyes were on him then he continued ‘’MY WIFE AND I” he said it with so much emphasis that everyone started cheering, gosh I love his arrogance sometimes. He leaned over and kissed me, I was blushing and couldn’t stop smiling. Sandile:”so as I was saying my wife and I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to each and everyone who came to share this monumental moment with us, may you all drive safely and see you tomorrow and lastly leh words often escape me to decribe the way I see you through my eyes. So with asanda and Bruno Mars help, please enjoy” he pointed on the monitor and there was a slide show of my pics with –Just the way you are playing on the background… #188 This man though, full of surprises. To me that was the greatest, sweetest and romatic thing I’ve ever seen. He held out his hand for me and I placed my hand over his and we locked in a tender embrace. Sandile:”I love you leh” me:”I love you more” and we sealed the embrace with a passionate kiss. It was time to leave and we opted walking out of the venue with John legend’s –Stay with you playing on the background and we left for our home. in our car we had luyanda and sothando with us and the others followed. On other news zandi and phumlani were getting very close; they literally couldn’t keep their eyes off each other. I know wedding vibes always leaves one inlove and if single it gives you hope that you will find someone too. We got home I was exhausted, the ladies help me out of the wedding gown, sandile ran my bath water and I soaked myself in. after my bath I went to bed, we still had a long day tomorrow. Sandile woke up early and left for port shepston and we were going to follow an hour or so later. I phoned joann if all was in order with the umabo ceremony, she assured me all was in order.we got ready and left, we had made a room reservation at one of the B & B’s in shell beach to freshen up and change into my wedding gown. My hair and make up were done and we left for sandile’s home. the street was packed with cars, there was hardly free access of the street. There stood a big white marquee at the zuma’s yard, we got out of the cars and there was so much festivities, dance and song in the air. Sandile and his groomsmen joined us and we did a little parade leading up to the marquee and we sat down and sandile’s uncle welcomed me into the the Zuma family after that we went to change into our traditional attire. Sandile and his groomsmen had lepard print vest and khakhi ¾ pants and sandles. Sanele had a cow skin halo and the ladies and I wore black crinkled skirts with yellow vests and beaded accessaries as belts, necklace and bangles. I had a beaded traditional hat on and a shawl over my shoulders. Luyanda was dressed like his dad and sothando like me. the umabo (dowry from the bride to the grooms’ family) ceremony began, when all the gifte were given out, lunch was served. There was no menu just the usual traditional food was served. Curried samp and beans, chicken curry and rice, dumplings, steamed beef and chicken, tripe, butternut, beetroot, three bean salad and potatoe salad.traditional beer was served to those who wanted it and so were other refreshments. At the end of lunch sandile’s uncles thanked everyone for coming and the festivities continued well into the late afternoon. Everthing went well and there was no drama, thank goodness for that. People started leaving for their homes, only immediate family and friends remained. Mandisa had left earlier with her prince charming and swazi and lindani left after them. xoli and zandi were going to leave the next day when we go back to Durban. my family with zodwa went back to Durban and sothando remained with us. anele and her boo looked so cute together and the parents had welcomed Thoba with open arms. Some time after sitting with the family in the lounge we left for the pool house. I was tired I needed to rest. I bathed sothando and fed her she fell asleep immediately after eating. Sandile was with his father and uncles in the house talking about I don’t know what. I had a long bath and sandile came in before I got out. sandile:”hey wify” me:”hey” sandile:”can I join you?” me:”yeah sure” he took of his clothes and got in the tub. We stayed there for a while before getting out and drying ourselves. Sandile:”you seem tired” me:”I am” we got to the bedroom got dressed and got into bed. he took my feet and massaged them. I was thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. His hands moved slowly up my calves then my thighs, then he sarted kissing me, from my feet up my legs until he reached my womanhood. As tired as I was, I didn’t mind some tender loving from my husband and boy did I explode, it was one eruption followed by another at one point I cried not because of pain but of the pleasure. He took me to neverland I met peter pan and tinkerbell, that’s how good it was… #189 I feel asleep immediately after that and work up the next morning to being served break fast in bed. I got up washed my face and brushed my teeth before sitting down for my meal. After we had breakfast sandile and I had a bath and then sothando woke up I bathed and fed her. when we were done I packed our bags loaded them in the car and went to the main house, every body was up, some of sandil’s uncles had left. Freda was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for everybody, I gave her a hand, food was served then the remaining relatives left. xoli had he;ped me clear the table and Freda helped with washing the dishes. Me:”where is zandi I haven’t seen her the whole morning” xoli:”come to think of it I haven’t seen her either” anele walked in while we were talking. Anele:”she is probably where phumlani is” me:”you are kidding me right?” anele:”nope, I saw them sneaking out of the house me:”anele you are not a morning person, do you mind sharing with us what you were doing up at that time?” anele:”hawu sisi leh, i wanted some air” me:”when did Thoba leave last night?” anele:”ok here is the truth, we bumped into each other when I was sneaking Thoba out” xoli:”so while we were sleeing you guys getting your freak on?” anele:”I don’t know about them but my boo and I do not indulge in those things” xoli:”not at all?” anele:”yes, I don’t see a ring on my finger, I will give it up on my wedding day” me:”you know after martin I honestly thought the jar was open. Even though you told me, it was still untouched in the back of my head I was like yeah right” she laughed anele:”im very serious about keeping myself fully intact until I get married” xoli:”how is thoba taking this?” anele:”he is cool with it, in fact he has never tried to even get to second base. We just kiss that’s all.” me:”you inspire me, in my next life time I want to be like you. preserve my purity until I get married” xoli:”me too” zandi walked in and we all looked at her, she started blushing, zandi:”don’t look at me like that?” me:”like how?” zandi:”the way you all are as if I did the unthinkable” me:”did you” zandi:”of cause not” anele cleared her thoat zandi:”do you have anything to say?” anele:”no, not at all” zandi:”thank you now can your sister and law fix me breakfast im starved” me:”girl you must be sick in the head and mad in the stomach, make your own food” zandi:”is that how you treat your guests” me:”no that’s how I treat you. anyway where is phumlani?” zandi:”dancing kwasa kwasa on my head” me:”now im really not going to make you anything” zandi:”hawu leh my friend don’t be like that, fix a sister up with a meal and phumlani is somewhere in the house, I don’t know where and if you were curious nothing is going on between us, we are just friends” anele:”friends who f…” she stopped herself half way zandi:”what was that anele?” anele:” I was just saying friends who formed a bond over a cup of tea” xoli:”do you know how crazy that sounds” anele:”honestly that is what I wanted to say” I gave zandi her plate of food zandi:”dankie makoti” xoli:”what time are we leaving?, I have to inform sbu so he can fetch me” me:”around noon or will it be too late for you?” xoli:”no its fine” zandi:”don’t worry about me, an old friend has offered me a lift back” me:”ok, excuse me I need to check up on sothando” anele:”where is my favourite niece?” me:”she is with your mum in the lounge” I went to the lounge mum nonku was watching cartoon with sothando. mum nonku:”I wanted to have a word with you” me:”ok im all ears” mum nonku:”do you feel anything different towards sandile now that you are his wife?” me:” no, I still feel the same way about him” mum nonku:”I want you to continue with that mentality for this simple reason. When people get married in most cases they claim a spouse changed the minute they got married, they showed theit true colours and so forth. My belief is this, if you wined and dined before marriage what is stopping you after you are married. if you knew he had boys nights out before getting married why should that change once married? everything is still the same the only difference is your last name and joint decision making that’s all…” #190 Mum nonku:”…you and sandile know each other well now. You have lived together and you know his daily routines from back to front. Don’t be too comfortable in your marriage, always try to introduce new things that will straighten your relationship and have fun at the same time. ever since I’ve known you, you are always well groomed let that not change. I don’t want to come by your home and find you looking like drifter. Take care of my baby lethu and I have no doubt in my mind that you will be happy together and always make the bible your referral guide” me:”I will ma thank you” mum nonku:”where are you going for your honey moon?” me:”no where we will however take a family vacation during the school holidays” mum nonku:”its important to spend quality time with your husband. I know you have to constantly think about the kids but make it a habit that once a week you spend quality time with your husband even when the baby arrives make sure that his or her arrival does not become a driving factor for arguments. Ive already spoken to him about sharing responsibilities around the house and with the kids, and allowing you to have some time alone from him and the kids just to let your hair down. About the honeymoon, why aren’t you going?” me:”honestly ma I forgot to look for a holiday destination that we could go to. however im hoping we will go somewhere before the baby arrives” mum nonku:”ok I see, did he perhaps plan something” me:”I don’t thik so, if he had I think he would have told me” mum nonku:”ok I see” there was something about her smile that gave me the impression she knows more than she is sharing. A few minutes later sandile came to say we are leaving, we said our goodbyes and left. zandi was stil mum about her old friend, so she remained behind with the family. When we got to our place sbu was already waiting for xoli,we said our goodbyes and they left. my parents were still around, we unloaded the things from the car and when we were done sandile loaded some luggage that was placed near the door. Me:”and now?” sandile:”what?” me:”those bags?” sandile:”you like?” me:”yes I do, but why are you loading them in the car?” sandile:”you will find out soon” me:”whose are they anyway?” sandile:”ours” me:”ok, who bought them, it’s the first time im seeing them” sandile:”I bought them a week ago after I finalised what I have in store for you” me:”ok know I want to know what are you up too?” sandile:”be patient you will find out soon” my mum came carrying sothando mum:”I hope we got everything that you asked for and you can leave whenever you are ready” me:”so it seems im the only person who has no idea whats going on so somebody, anybody shed some light please” they ignored me sandile:”ma thank you for doing this for us” mum:”make sure you take plenty of pics and enjoy yourselves” I stood there looking like an idiot. Sandile:”we are ready to go, goodbye see you a week from now” mum:”bye” dad:”take care of my daughter” me:”ok do I have any say in this?” sandile:”not really” me:”ok then bye good people, take care of my baby for me” I kissed sothando and hugged my parents and we left. me:”so where are we off too?” sandile:”I don’t know” me:”what?” sandile:”im serious, I don’t know. We will drive and see where the road leads us” me:”now im lost” sandile:”don’t be, just seat back and relax. Take this as a road trip like none other. I wanted us to do something different for a change” me:”ok lets see where the road leads us. we joined the N2 highway and headed north, passing stanger, empangeni and Richards bay and we took a 15 minutes break at Mtubatuba and are journey continued until we reached jozini. I was exhausted even though I took a few naps along the way but my body was screaming for a bed. we spent the night at a B & B in Jozini. The minute we checked in I took a long bath and sandile ordered us food, by the time I got out there food was delivered already. I put my robe on and ate, chicken breast with black pepper sauce servide with potatoe wedges and orange juice. Sandile took his bath while I watched the tv, he joined me in bed a while later and we slept… #191 The next day we were back on the road again, we went to Pongola spent a day there went to Natal Spa in Paulpietersberg we spent a day there and took a short cut to Newcastle passing a small town called Utrecht. I was amazed at the view from the mountain top, looking at it one gets the opinion that it was built after a dam dried out. it is between mountains and to top it of the locals said it is a town within a game reserve. I never knew such a place existed. Anyway we stayed the over night at a B & B there the next day we went to newcastle the now newcastle mall was under construction, we went to ladysmith, Bergvill and stayed the night at another small town Winterton. The next morning we back on the road again passing Pietermaritzburg, ixopo, umzimkhulu and spending the night in kokstad. The next day we drove to margate and spent a few hours with my inlaws before embarking on the final journey home and finally we reached Durban. I was beyond exhausted, however I enjoyed our road triparound the province very much and I loved each and everytime we we passed big or small, each had its unique tourist attraction. Sandile:”I hope you enjoyed our little outing” me:”sure did, where are we going to? you’ve just missed the turn off that will lead us home” sandile:”we are going home” me:”ok, im tired I need to bath first” sandile:”and you will” me:”you said we are going home but we are headed on the east coast, we might have been away for a few days but I know where we live and its definitely not on the north coast” sandile:”I said we are going home and home is where we are headed” I decided to shut my mouth, even though I was on the verge of loosing it. I seriously needed to rest and the more time we spent driving around Durban the more irritating it got. We reach La Lucia Mall, sandile:”do you need anything?” me:”no, sandile I want to go home” sandile:”we are going home baby relax” I sighed I was very irritated that time, our home is in Westville and how he thinks driving past it to la lucia will get us home beats me. sandile:”are you sure you don’t want to grab anything” me:”no, can we go already” he was driving slowly, we passed a few streets from the mall and entered another, drove inbetween homes and stopped at a house which was on show some months back, we came to have a look at it. it had a high fence and security camera’s at the gate and it was a tuscon design home with a double garage, 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounge area, 1 dinning room, a bar/entertainment room, a study and a wine cellar. Outside there was a granny flat/pool house a pool and a lapa with built-in braai area and storage shelves. The yard was 1395 square meters. It was one of many houses we saw but I fell inlove with this one, sandile on the other hand liked a house we had seen in Somerset Park. Me:”what are we doing here?” he ignored me, he took his phone and called somebody who was clearly inside the house. the gate opened and he drove in and on the drive way stood my mum carring sothando. me:”what is going on here?” he pulled up and went around the car and opened the door for me. sandile:”welcome to your new home Mrs Zuma” me:”wow, i… I don’t know what to say” I threw my arms around him. mum:”welcome back you two” she hugged us and I took sothando from her and kissed her. me:”when did this happen?” sandile:”the moving this week and purchasing the house happened after you said you loved it. me:”I cant believe this and I guess everone knew about this but me” sandile:”pretty much so” me:”thank you” we shared a brief kiss. Sandile:”now let me take you for a tour around your home” we started around the yard and went inside zodwa was in the kitchen preparing us a drink, my dada was in the lounge watching soccer. The bedroom beside the main bedroom was turned into a nursery, it was painted white with Disney characters pictures on the wall. There was a small bed and crib that had teady bears and a small table and 2 chairs. There were two laptop junior on the table on the far end there was a play box that had toys in it and a play mat with alphabets. It was really cute; I can’t believe they pulled this off without my input… #192 The challenge with moving is you don’t know where to find things, you become a stranger in your own home and that is what happened to me. but I eventually got the hang of things before the end of the day. my parents were to leave first thing in the morning, so I prepared padkos for them before going to bed. in the morning I got up early prepared breakfast for everyone and went to take a bath. By the time I was done everyone was having breakfast and I joined them. sandile:”thank you once again ma noBaba for helping us these past few days” dad:”it’s the least that we could do, in return take care of lethu and sothando and the little andile” me:”andile?” dad:”yes, Andile amaNxamalala” sandile and I looked at each other, mum:”that is a perfect name be it a girl or a boy, it sits well with either of them” dad:”maybe we are being forward do you already have a name for andile?” me:”not really. I still have about 5 months to go dad, so we are in no rush for baby names” mum:”so when you talk to ayanda what do you call him” sandile:”junior” my mum shook her head obviously in disapproval dad:”what does this junior mean? I don’t want to come off as being old fashioned but its important to have a baby name that you will use to refer to your child even if they are not born yet. It takes the bonding session to the next level. Think about it and in the meantime feel free to use andile as his/her name” sandile:”we will really consider that” after breakfast mum and I cleared the table while sandile and my dad loaded their luggage in the car. An hour later there were gone and it was the 4 of us left. we were going back to work the next day, so I had to check if everything was ready before doing anything else. Afterwards I strated preparing lunch and sandile offered me his assistance of which I didn’t refuse. Sandile:”when last did you speak to phumlani?” me:”when we left them in shepston, why?” sandile:”i spoke to him a few days ago and he seemed occupied, so I cut the call very short” me:”occupied how?” sandile:”it was as if I was interrupting him or something” me:”maybe you are imagining it.” sandile:”no baby he was out of breath, more like he was..” me:”shagging” sandile:”I wasn’t going to use that term but yes shangging. I didn’t know he was seeing someone. Did he by any chance say anything to you?” me:”no he didn’t and why are you even bothered about his personal life? Im sure he will tell you when he is ready to in the meantime keep calm” sandile:”I worry about my siblings, I want them to experience a love like ours. I think anele is on the right track with Thoba. He is really into her and I hope he doesn’t screw up.” My phone rang I checked the caller ID it was phumlani, me:”speak of the devil” sandile:”I want to talk to him when you are done” I picked my phone up and answered “hello” phumlani:”hello my beautiful sister inlaw, how are you?” me:”im good thanks and you?” phumlani:”arg man I cant complain, where is my big brother?” me:”he’s here, he wants to talk to you” phumlani:”put me on loud speaker, cause there is something I want to share with both of you” me:”ok” I put my phone on loud speaker and placed it on the kitchen couter. Sandile:”brazo” phumlani:”how are you?” sandile:”im well thanks, how are things that side?” phumlani:”all is well, I landed safely this morning” me:”that’s great” phumlani:”I wanted to thank you both, for everything you have done for me. Especially you lethu, had I not known you I don’t think I would have met my father’s side of the family and my siblings. So for that I am grateful and lastly you kept insisting that I will find my soul mate and guess what I think I have” sandile:”now that’s great news who is the lucky lady?” phumlani:”in time you will meet her for now just know that im happy with every facet of my life.’’ Me:”when are you coming back?” phumlani:”3 months from now and i think its time I worked close to home” sandile:”you can always join me at GEE” phumlani:’thanks for the offer but, I’ve got something on the pipeline and im hoping they will get to me soon. Anyway I have to go. Take care of each other” sandile:”we will, take care of yourself that side” phumlani:”sure thing, bye” me:”bye”… #193 We finished cooking, ate and relaxed until the afternoon. I was longing for some oat meal, so I went to the kitchen and prepared myself some. I dished out for everybody the food we had had for lunch and I enjoyed my oat meal, after that I had a banana or two or maybe three, I wasn’t keeping count but I know I had quiet a few. We stayed up late and went to bed after 22:00. We had had a bath earlier, we got in bed and cuddled. Me:”I’ve realised that we haven’t really welcomed this bed into our bedroom” he looked at me and I had a very naughty smile on my face. sandile:”what are you trying to say” me:”its not what im trying to say but more of what im about to do” sandile:”which is?” I went under the cover and unbuttoned his PJ shirt, I kissed his chest and went further down to both sides of his stomach and then his stomach. I hadn’t reached my destination yet, so I went further south planting kisses all the way and the reaping what I sow with his moan of pleasure. It had been a while since I went down on him and the way his body was responding to my every touch made t all so worthwhile. I stayed there until he popped the champagne, I had some on my face s I got up to wash it off and when I got back he returned the favour. Let’s just say the smile I had afterwards on my face was way better than the joker’s smile. The following morning we got up and prepared for work, after breakfast we left. sothando was still aleep but zodwa was already up and busy with the house chores. I got to work a few minutes late and that made me realise that I neede to leave a fw minutes earlier in order to make it to work on time. I ran into zandi on the corridor, zandi:”welcome back” me:”thank you” zandi:”your tummy seems bigger than usual or is maybe because I haven’t seen you for a while” me:”maybe, maybe not but I haven’t really noticed” zandi:”I cant wait to carry a life inside me and I hope it will happen soon” me:”that old friend of yours when did he arrive?” zandi:”what old friend?” me:”never mind” zandi:”you cant be asking me about an old friend then leave me hanging?” me:”you cant be asking me which old friend if they really existed” zandi:”you are so sly” me:”next time remember your friends, old and new” zandi:”whatever” me:”is there anything that requires my immediate attention?” zandi:”no, I’ve cc’ed you on some of the things that I want you to know, otherwise all is in order” me:”ok thank you” I went to my office a while later there was a knock on my door ‘’enter’’ the door opened I looked up it was Njabulo. I hadn’t seen him since him and zandi broke up and I was surprised to see him there. njabulo:”welcome back Mrs Zuma” I smiled me:”thank you, what can I do for you?” njabulo:”nothing much, are you experiencing any network problems?” me:”no, if I did I would I have logged a call” njabulo:”ok, I was just checking because some of the guys are experiencing problems sending and receiving their emails. Anyway asanda is a pleasure to work with, a fast learner too. The boss is considering hiring her after she completes her studies” me:”wow that’s great, im sure she will be pleased when that happens” he sat there awkwardly; I could tell he wanted to say something but didn’t know how. Njabulo:”did zandi tell you that we broke up?” me:”yes” njabulo:”did she ell you why?” me:”yes” njabulo:”lethu you need to understand that I was doing what…” I cut him off before he could continue, me:”njabulo listen you don’t owe me any explaination about why you broke up. Its none of my business and honestly I care for your reasons” njabulo:”but lethu I think I do” me:”no you don’t, you are a grown ass man who made a decision so live with it and stop worrying about other people’s reaction to it” njabulo:”I love zandi and I doont think I will ever stop loving her, but what happened was beyong my control” me:”like I said before you don’t owe me an explaination” he got up, njabulo:”this is for you” he took out a fancy wrapped paper with a blue ribbon, me:”what is it” njabulo:”open you will see, bye lethu” he walked out and I untied the ribbon and opened the paper, my jaws almost dropped to the floor. It was a wedding invitation card, njabulo was getting married. so much for his love for zandi…
