#1954 F 23 hey guys!! its not exactly a confession or any thng its just something that I wanna share n ask you guys!! one of my very good frnd is an army officer! hez a very sweet person.. can never hurt any one intentionally. he has a girlfriend who is not at all gud for him! Period! anyways even he knows this but still hez so damn bloody attached with her that he cant leave her. recently that girl has been getting proposals from these NRI guys (her parents are searching prospective guys for her) who all are IITs n IIMs passout.. earning in dollars n all settled outside! my frnd was sad when he told me this today.. I thot dfntly ya no matter what ever kind the person is but if you love them they are every thing to you! n anything related with them gud or bad affects you.. so dfntly him getting sad was reasonable. but then I got the shock of my life when he told me the exact reason of his sadness! he said he feels inferior to those IIT N IIM guys! cz they are earning in dollars n settled outside! he being an army officer! a part of this elite fraternity! n esteemed one!! said this to me ki ppl from IIT N IIMs or any other high ranking civil federation are far more superior! he said its a sin for brainy ppl to be anywhere else except all these civil institutes!! god!! seriously? is it so?? IIT N IIMs only matters?? but this is not it... during a debate in the IMA a frnds frnd said ki ppl who are not able to go anywhere else end up here! >_< -_- cz I seriously think.. if a civilian (seriously no offence to civil guys) who has no idea bout army n all says n takes IIT N IIMs the only thing in this world I guess I can understand. but the ppl who are a part of that fraternity think like this! then to them Ill say!! If you dont take pride in being one then certainly they dont be one! n plz give other deserving ones their chance!! who are leaving all these places just to be there where you are! aaargh!! seriously angered! >_< sorry guys if a wasted your time but I wanted to take this out!! cz m disappointed after listening to this from my frnd n other ppl who think like this :( :/ A.N - Well frankly speaking its not the IITians or IIM pass out or the money they earn bugging your friend but his girl and her family taking interest in them more than him, is what affecting him. Now coming to the second part or rather the main issue for this. Back in the days when our parents joined the army, they did this for the love of the country. Now-a-days most join the army as a JOB. We can not force anyone to love his profession. We can not change them or their thinking. Im just happy to see that even in this so called money struck world some soldiers are still ready to make the sacrifice so that people like us can live a comfortable life and they have my respect. #DK
