1978 Dodge Lil Red Express interior detail images. Solid oak center counsel was added with coin tray and cup holders. Polished solid stainless steel carriage bolt heads were used as accents on the counsel to mirror those on exterior bed side panels. Original cording was removed from seat upholstering and replaced with a red French double stich detail on the seats, the original seat medallions were reused on the soft black leather seats. Giving the seat a some what factory appearance but just subtle design changes.
