Monday August 25ths vibration (25+8+2+0+1+4) = 40/4. Todays new moon is the herald for us to create our monthly Lunar Manifestation List, and as well as certain planetary alignments that make this new moon particularly potent for manifestation, todays date also adds up to 40/4, which is THE manifestation vibration! So, its a great day to do grounding, anchoring activities. 4 is the material manifestation number, the earthly physical realm is defined by 4s rational, practical, solid and dependable energy. 4 corners of the earth. North, South, East, West. 4 Seasons. 4 creates the Kingdom of the Earth, the natural world where 4 varieties of form (or should we say 4orm!), are manifested: the Mineral kingdom, the Plant kingdom, the Animal kingdom and the Human kingdom. These 4 material kingdoms are controlled by the 4 physical elements: FIRE, AIR, EARTH and WATER. The word Kingdom is important here as it refers to the figure in the 4th card of the tarot, the Emperor. The Emperor is the King, and has dominion over the physical kingdoms of the Earth. The Emperor is the partner to the Empress, (the 3rd card of the Major Arcana), the archetype Father to her Mother. He orders and defines the Empress’s fecund creativity and makes it manifest. He is rational and logical but can also be seen as stern and sometimes too narrow-minded. In his Left hand he holds the World, and in his right, he holds the Tau, the image of the cross, which defines the 4 directions, and the 4 elements of earthly, manifest space. He is the maker of blueprints, the planner of plans, and the builder of form. He is again reminding us that we will reap what we sow, and that if we become more conscious of our thoughts, we will see that they truly determine and define our tangible reality. The Emperor is really the Magician, the 1st Tarot card, as an older, wiser man, someone who understands and has gone through the process of mastering the creative potential symbolised by the other three preceding cards. At this stage he can bring about concrete, tangible results, and today, so can YOU. In the 1st card of the Tarot the Magician has 4 objects representing the 4 elements before him on a table. These are: The Cup: Water / The Emotions. The Sword: Air / The Mind & Intellect. The Pentacle: Earth / The Physical Body. The Wand: Fire / The Will. These are the 4 aspects of self which must be brought into alignment here on the earth plane to further the growth of consciousness. The 40th card in the Tarot is the Page of Cups, and he is pictured as a flamboyant, artistic and sensitive young man who acts upon his inspired ideas. Although he is much more dreamy than the Emperor, his ability to manifest and build something amazing from his creative inspiration is just as powerful. He encourages us to listen to our inner desires, to be emotionally sensitive, and then to begin doing, making and being. The Pages are the messengers of the Tarot, and the Page of Cups, relating to the emotional aspect of our psyche, often brings good news that can make us feel emotional: birth, marriage, the green light for a new project or creation. With 40 we have the zero present too, the circle of the zero representing the infinite UNITY of consciousness. The zero offers the divine protection of this all-pervading consciousness, and will manifest itself in you as a deep-seated feeling of Faith. You can do it! Enjoy your day everyone! Rosalind Pape.
