1984 flatnose. My bottom left bulb (in this photo) will stay lit while my blinker (top bulb) is on, but that us it. On my right side, the bottom light stays on as a running light when the headlights are on my question is, which one is correct? A very odd this is it is a 2 filament bulb but with only one terminal in reflector. I thought it was a broken reflector, but I took one off my other flatnose and it is the same (photo in comments). And idea? All wiring, switched, and fuses appear OK.
