1991 H reg Kawasaki AR50. £750 Use as is or light restoration project. Either first bike or re living your youth. Good points. 11 months MOT Clocks intact Rear under guard intact Front forks, only very minor pitting, mainly above travel. Recent indicators (non standard) Recent chain New battery and front brake light switch at last MOT. Frame paint very presentable Recent top end gasket set by me. Runs and rides well. Started 2nd kick yesterday after standing for 2 weeks. Bad points Non standard seat cover. Whilst it has very good tyres, someone in the past has sprayed the wheels and got overspray over them. Shame os the wheel paint is a tidy job. Thinners does remove the overspray if you have the patience. Also, someone has drilled a hole in the otherwise perfect standard exhaust pipe. It doesnt detract from the pipes condition, but I would want it welded up. Re spray of the bodywork and re chrome of the headlamp rim would really make a tidy job. Front mudguard has been cut down (it will be refitted before its sold) The price. Whilst I am willing to consider all offers, the price is set based on recent values. I have known worse examples with out mot sell for up to £550. I also own a few ARs, so to me its value is actually higher in parts if I broke it (I have no intention of breaking it) I will not be giving it away. The longer I keep it, the value will increase. (Im also not gonna harp on about the wheels being worth more than their weight in gold.) Feel free to ask questions. Many thanks.
