(If you have completed a Challenge or two a couple days ago, dont forget to maintain all that hard work youve done. Add those exercises into your weekly workout anywhere from the Day 10- Day 20 numbers a few days a week, added to whatever Challenge(s) youre going with this month!) CHEST CHALLENGE 10 presses 2 judos 5 flyes 2 spiderman/side BUTT CHALLENGE 5 lunges/side 10 deadlifts 2 kickbacks/side 10 bridge pulses OBLIQUE CHALLENGE 5 woodchoppers/side 5 (second or pulse) side plank 10 ankle touches 10 russian twists SHOULDER CHALLENGE 10 upright rows 5 side lateral raises 10 shoulder presses 5 shoulder rotations/side THIGH CHALLENGE 5 lateral lunges/side 10 scissors 5 fire hydrants/side 5 plie squat pulses BACK CHALLENGE 5 reverse flies 10 bridge pullovers 2 renegade rows/side 10second superman ARM CHALLENGE 5 push-ups 5 dips 10 bicep curls 10second punches AB CHALLENGE 15 sit-ups 5 crunches 5 leg raises 10second plank SQUAT CHALLENGE 50 squats CARDIO CHALLENGE 20seconds each of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jumprope with or without a rope, and skaters There you have it!!
