1st XV PROMOTION CELEBRATION LUNCH Last Saturday Farnham 1st XV won a hard fought game away at Eastleigh by 28-10. In doing so they confirmed that they will be promoted from London South West 3 as Divisional champions. This is the 1st XV’s third promotion in three years a remarkable achievement in itself but the rugby they have played along the way has been simply outstanding This Saturday sees the last league fixture for the 1st XV with a home game against Old Mid- Whitgiftians (kick off 3.00p.m) To mark the occasion and to celebrate our promotion we would like as many club members, supporters and friends as possible to attend the day – not only will you see today’s 1st XV in action but there will also be a series of exhibition games from the stars of the future. Food will be available from 13.00 in the marquee in the car park (kids eat free!) and the order of events is as follows: 13.00 U8’s exhibition game 13.30 Chairman’s and Presidents Speeches 14.00 U10’s exhibition game 14.30 U11’s exhibition game 15.00 1st XV v Old Mid-Whitgifitians
