2,347 days. The school year is approaching once again, and we remember back-to-school shopping with our parents growing up. Our family tended to procrastinate when it came to getting ready for the school year, and the last Sunday before the first day was a scramble of getting clothes, supplies, and anything else we needed to start the year off right. Dad always reminded us that school was our job, our priority. He asked us to always do our best, and to focus on hard work, not necessarily the results. Each year, Dad set us up to take on challenges and excel. We knew with his guidance and unconditional support, we would see the year through. Those school days may be behind us, but we will always remember the wise words of our father.
