2 Corinthians 5: 11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences. The #6 characteristic of the Spirit filled church/person is that of being Persuaded. There is so much indecisiveness over what the bible says & whether it relates to us today or not. I am persuaded by the evidence that God has brought out of my commitment to Him & His church. This is why we hold to the standards of holiness, so that we might be visible to others who don’t have this hope in their hearts. The world needs to SEE & HERE a testimony of the wonder working power of Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul in his 2nd letter to Timothy, “Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things, ye shall never fall:” I’m persuaded not only in my mind but my heart also to follow “Hard” after God & His ways !!!
