The accessories alone would cost way more than that if you bought them new today). These are well used pumps, but they still work fine. One was used for my daughter for 1 year and then when #2 came along I couldnt remember what I did with the first pump so I bought the second one used. Both pumps were used for a solid year. You get everything shown, but here is a list: 2 medela pumps with carrying bags 1 ac power plug 1 car power plug 2 battery packs (takes 8 AA batteries) 2 bottle coolers with ice packs 1 dishwasher basket 2 microwave steamer bags bunch of milk storage bags (all still have the safety seal in place so you know they have not been opened) 12 storage bottles with caps 6 pump & save adapters (used with medela bags that you pump directly in to) 13 Breast shields (all standard size) 1 extra pack of new membranes (note some membranes missing but these are cheap to replace and you really should buy your own anyways) **no tubes included as you should buy new ones for any used pump you buy because moisture (not milk) gets in them and its hard to get it out.
