2)Project Control Analyst (1 Junior + 1 Senior role) Global IT shared Services company Permanent near KL Responsibilities •Aids with the tasks involved in determining the scope, budget, resource plans, and schedule of projects. •Ensures compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, and government procurement regulations. •Helps divide contract tasks into manageable elements, documenting them in work breakdown structures. •Documents plans in the project management software and uses the appropriate tools to baseline and monitor tasks to achieve business results by established, critical dates. •Understands and applies standard project planning, control, and delivery assurance methodologies prescribed by the project manager / PMO lead. •Participates in contract performance variance analysis and risk analysis and prepares reports as required. •Assists in managing preparation of budgets, reviews, reports, budget proposals, prepares documentation for justification, and determines depreciation rates to apply to capital assets. •Assists in developing cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status. Requirements •Degree in IT or equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant experience. •Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command in English, verbal and written. •Ability to work independently and within a team.
