2 Timothy 2:15 study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed , rightly dividing the word of truth. The Bible is telling us this morning to study and show ourselves approved. What are we being commanded to study. that is the word of God. Many of us are willing to spend all our days on secular materials and not even a second on the word. We must have time on the word of God. Because that is the only way we can come into the knowledge of what the Lord has spoken concerning that issue u struggling with. As I keep saying, ur ability to get a word concerning ur situation is what empowers u to overcome it. To find that word come through what I call diligent search of the word. How do we make that diligent search either by asking for the spirit to lead u to that truth or u get materials written by men of God who have calling in those areas of where u struggling (for example with prosperity Copeland or Bishop Oyedepo, with faith papa Hagin and so on). In our quest in the study of the word do not be ashamed that u doing anything bad or wrong by studying the word. To u, ur desire should be to get that word of truth concerning ur life, career, business, marriage and as u lay hold on it, u would see its effect on u and all that concerns u.
