On Tuesday October 14th, TMLS will be in the Susman Godfrey Atrium selling southern style breakfast from 12:00 pm – 2:30pm. This year, TMLS is offering a choice of Chicken with Belgian Waffles for $7 per plate and Chicken and Red Velvet or Pumpkin Waffles for $8 per plate. Vegetarians are welcome as well as we are offering Belgian Waffles for $4 per plate or a Red Velvet or Pumpkin Waffle for $5 per plate. Every menu option comes with free waffle toppings like strawberries, cool whip, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, butter, and Nutella. Don’t miss out! Come out on Tuesday for your SoCo lunch! Thurgood Marshall Legal Society will host an exam workshop for all 1Ls on Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in TNH 2.140. This workshop will feature guests from Vinson & Elkins and other distinguished presenters who will provide students with exam strategies including how to effectively manage time during exams, dissect exam fact patterns and questions, and identify and frame relevant issues. Food and Refreshments will be provided. This workshop is open to all members of the class of 2017 regardless of membership in TMLS.
