2 fab boot camp sessions last night ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š Well done all that came ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Šlove my hard core team that turn up whatever the weather and give 100% BLOG POSTS- tell me what you want to read about? I can blab on about psychology stuff... Nutrition and psychology...dyslexia...memory and the self concept ...but Im sure none of you are too interested in that stuff... So what are you interested in?????? -why everyone should be doing weight based training -why boot camp is AWESOME (of course) but just coming to a session once a week isnt enough to get the results you want -how you can shed weight by dropping a few calories -you dont have to track calories to lose weight...although it is preferred -are you aware of the number of calories you are eating? Did you take into consideration the 5 cups of tea with milk and the cheeky biscuits when you told me you eat healthily? -what is health? -an exercise plan that you can do at home? -a beginners guide to using the gym? Let me know what you want to hear about!
