2 states *** The pleasure of reading a novel is far more exiting then watching a movie based on it ..cuz you dont get to see everything you read !! 2 states is based on the novel of the same name but it successfully syncs the novel line neatly and you start summarising the novel again !! If you are looking for pure love story then its not ur choice., the movie speaks volumes about the struggle after it or you can say journey towards marriage . It has shown the aspects and angles very easily that anybody can fall in love and get married !! Arjun and Alia matches the characters perfectly and they go hand in hand giving perfect novel like feeling and on other hand revathy and Amrita Singh garnished the story beautifully with their crisp acting !! Ronit Roy is raw and strong in his small role but nails it !! and alias dad plays a hard core tamilian at his best!! Realization moment : alias mom Revathy sings Satiya ye tune kya kiya from her old movie Love !! And yes Salman was her co star !! What a coincidence when u will see Alia with Salman and any movie tmrw !! You will love it!
