Artists: Organ - Winner of International competitions and festivals, Margarita Yeskina (Moscow) Flute - Winner of International competitions, Vladimir Paruntsev (Moscow) November 20, at the Organ Hall of the Tauride Palace will be presented a concert of organ and instrumental music of the French Baroque with Moscow musicians and winners of international competitions, Margarita Yeskina and Vladimir Paruntsev. The duration of the concert is 2 hours 30 minutes. The concert consists of two performances. The program of the concert: Louis Marchand, Pieces of cycle Pieces d’orgue Louis Couperin, Duet and Chaconne Joseph Bodin de Boismortier, Sonata for Flute and Basso Continuo in G Minor Jean-Marie Leclair, Sonata for Flute and Basso Continuo Jacques Martin Hotteterre, Pieces for solo flute. François Couperin, Pieces of the Monastery Organ Mass Musical Surprises... Margarita Yeskina graduated from Gnessin Russian Academy of Music on a specialty organ and a postgraduate of Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. During her years of training Margarita Yeskina was awarded a diploma of International Organ Competition (St Petersburg 2005), was winner of the open competition of Organists (St. Petersburg, 2007), winner of special prize Hope of Fatherland International Organ Competition named after M. Tariverdiev (Moscow-Kaliningrad 2011), and winner of the special prize «Torre di Babele» International Competition for Young Organists Soli Deo Gloria (Moscow, 2012). Margarita Yeskina, together with renowned organist Alexander Fiseysky in Germany, produced CD recordings with organ transcriptions of operatic works of Richard Wagner. As a member of Volgograd Symphony Orchestra she participated in recording of orchestral works of Swiss composer Bernard Reichel. During 2008-2009 she taught organ and harpsichord in Khanty-Mansiysk branch of Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. She holds a post as a soloist (organ and harpsichord) and is Harpsichord master in the Concert and Theater Center Ugra-Classic. Since 2013 she has been a member of the ensemble of early music «PFEYFFER» that specialises in the performance Middle Ages and the Renaissance music. Margarita Yeskina passed her training and participated in master classes with renowned organists and harpsichordists: Christopher Stembridge, Guy Bovet, J. Laukwick, Wolfgang Zerrer, Martin Bёkker, Daniel Roth, Bob van Asperen, Ketil Haugsand, Elizabeth Joyeux and others. Margarita Yeskina regularly performs solo concerts in Russia and Ukraine (Kirov, Samara, Kazan, Svetlogorsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Saratov, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, etc.). Vladimir Paruntsev, is a graduate of Gnessin Russian Academy of Music on specialty clarinet (1990). Inspired by ancient instruments, he takes skill lessons from leading soloists of Western Europe such as Conrad Shtayman (Switzerland), and has attended master classes of Thomas Engel, Martina Joos (Germany), Maurice van Lieshout (Netherlands), Michael Pausch, René Clemencic (Austria). Since 2004 Vladimir Paruntsev has been founder and director of the ensemble of early music «PFEYFFER». The work in the ensemble PFEYFFER Vladimir Paruntsev combines with solo concerts and teaching activities. He is founder and leader of of youthful ensemble «Piccoli Band» that on many occasions was winner of international competitions and festivals. Vladimir Paruntsev was regularly a soloist with the orchestra Moscow Soloists directed by Yuri Bashmet with baroque orchestra «Pratum integrum», Orchestra Vivaldi conducted by Svetlana Bezrodnaya, performances with ensembles Music Petropolitana, Telemann Consort, Bach Centre, Madrigal», «Alta Capella», performances with the ensemble under the conducting Nazar Kozhukhar. Vladimir Paruntsev was involved in projects Christopher Stembridge, Deborah York (opera Orlando by Handel), Volker Hempfling (St. Matthew Passion by J. S. Bach). In 2011 Vladimir Paruntsev was invited as a soloist in the ensemble of early music Madrigal of Moscow State Philharmonic. In 2012 Vladimir Paruntsev organised and led the International Festival of early music Renaissance successfully held at Moscows International House of Music. In December 2013, Vladimir Paruntsev, with soloists of the ensemble PFEYFFER, was invited as exclusive participants for the play performance The Prince and the Pauper in the Theater Teatrium directed by T. Durova. As a soloist Vladimir Paruntsev, and under his leadership, the ensemble «PFEYFFER» are permanent participants of the concert music community World Music Conspirators that takes place in the best historic concert halls of Moscow.
