20 Things Last Year of College.................. Throughout college, you go through so much with people, and grow up so much that by the end, you start loving everyone, even the people you hate. As last year comes, a difference in your attitude towards everything becomes evident. Theres always that realization in the back of your head how everything is going to be for that one last time. Heres a few things that start happening as the last year comes around. 1. You make conscious efforts to bury rivalries and hatchets. 2. You go ahead, swallow your pride and apologize. 3. You emotionally blackmail the teachers and the staff about how youre not going to be around soon. 4. You start socializing with everyone in the class, instead of just your friends. 5. You go on confessions spree, telling everyone everything wrong and right you did. 6. You get shocked with the number of secret crushes that get revealed. 7. You Only Live Once becomes your perpetual mantra and passport to freak out. 8. You start taking more holidays with your friends to catch up on lost times. 9. Every picture or video you take, you try to make it as memorable as possible, hoping it will end up in the emotional class video at the end of the year. 10. You have deep philosophical conversations about life after college and growing up with almost every person you know. 11. You consciously bond with your juniors and try passing over apparent legacies and give them gyaan all the time. 12. You start dreading the seriousness of your college relationship and talk about it to everyone but your partner. 13. The phrase one last time loses all meaning by the end of the year. 14. You spend a year figuring out your graduation day outfit. 15. You express more and more love, more and more randomly. 16. You spend hours on the campus, in the canteen, reminiscing how amazing the last few years have been. 17. You make a pact with your friends that you wont get sentimental and emotional and teary. And you break it. 18. You start planning farewell parties for everyone whos going away for Masters. 19. You start attending more lectures, even if you dont like the teacher, just to make your presence felt. 20. Your secret fantasy is to fail, along with the entire batch so you can relive the days.
