20 years ago today I bought and moved into this house. My brother who helped me move and I would only sit on the floor where the furniture had been ~only part of the orange and yellow shag carpet that was clean~ I remember looking at the walls in every room at the paneling and thinking OMG I bought a humidor!! Always up for a creative challenge, this was it. Did a curiosity appraisal a couple years ago and the same appraiser that did my mortgage appraisal did this one. He told me he remembers EVERY house he has appraised and said he had never been here before...pulled out the old appraisal and showed him his name...he couldnt believe it was the same house...made all the blood sweat and tears worth it~
