2005 Ford Escape XLT. 144,000 miles Auto transmission 3.0L v6 engine Clean title, in hand 4-door Front Wheel Drive (FWD) Trailer hitch installed and wired The body is rust free, and in overall good condition. A few small dings/scratches here and there. Interior has a small burn hole in drivers seat, and a few stains on rear seats. It was this way when I bought it. Runs and drives good. Lots of new parts including struts/springs, front brake pads/rotors, front tie rod ends and ball joints, front brake hoses. Transmission was flushed and refilled at Clemons in November. Tires are new, less than 1000 miles on them. Only known issue is occasionally it will shudder and die (if you dont give it gas right away) when coming to a stop. It doesnt do it every time, but mainly when its cold. I have been unable to diagnose the issue, as there are no check engine lights that come on during the issue. If it does, it always starts right back up. The vehicle books at $4300. Due to the issue, I am asking $3350 obo. That keeps it low enough that once diagnosed, it can be repaired and still be well under book value. Located in Ottumwa.
