2007 raptor 299RP. Great condition. This aluminum frames fifth wheel is one of the highly sought after tandem axel ¾ ton towable models that has the rarity of a slide out dinette and a separate garage. -Has a front queen sized bedroom with three closets, two dressers, under bed and overhead storage. The closet has a fire safe to keep all your valuables. The second A/C unit was added to unsure cool sleeping even when we spent summers at the lake. There are also plenty of lights to keep the bedroom well lit. There is pre-wired 120v, 12v and cable if you want to add a TV to the bedroom. -The bathroom has a shower with a wash tub bottom. This came in very handy for giving baths to our little ones while dry camping. The vanity had a very tasteful counter and loads of additional storage. Also has 120v outlet for plugging in those beauty accessories. -The kitchen has a microwave, 3 burner gas range and a gas oven (we have never even used the oven. Like new inside) You will also see that the dual sink has a cutting board cover to add precious counter space. Again storage everywhere, the kitchen comes partially stocked with dishes, cookware, grilling utensils and silverware. There is more storage above the Dometic 2-way fridge/freezer. -Opposing side from the kitchen is the side out dining area. This area is well lit and has 4 overhead cabinets as well as a large pantry. The booth seating has under seat storage and also converts easily into a full size bed. It is a great place to relax and watch a movie on the overhead flat screen TV. The T.V. and trailer are prewired for the WAYGARD auto-find satellite with Direct T.V. The Wayward system is self locating and auto correcting. The system is designed to keep signal even if the trailer is being pulled down the road. Nobody likes having to mount a tripod next to their trailer or yell back and forth to your buddy on the roof while you try to find signal. This is amazing for tailgating. -Through the door to the rear of the dining area is the garage. The ducted main A/C does provide air back to this area. There is pre-wire to add a TV next to or in one of the large 4 cabinets. The two electric drop down beds are both queen sized. The lower is convertible into couches in either direction. There are windows next two both upper and lower bunks. Also there is a full roll-down rear vinyl enclosure that zips securely to give a great view out the rear while camping. There is a skylight with exhaust fan plus two wall mounted vents to keep fresh air circulating while storing your toys inside. We added e-track to make securing your cargo simple, easy and flexible. The rubber matted floor makes cleaning up siple and easy while giving a nice cushioned feeling under the rug. -the outside of this trailer shows little to no signs of the AZ heat or sunfading. Most of its life was spent under covered storage. The graphics are as nice as any new fifth wheel toy hauler out there. Only the last year or so has it been stored outside of the cover. The axels were upgraded the first year of it being on the road as well as the shackles. The tires were bought in July and have less than 1000 miles on them. The wheel bearing and brakes were serviced and the trailer fully inspected by B&C at that same time. They did say that the generator was about due for a valve adjust but since we were going to have full hook ups we postponed that. The generator ran great on the trip to the campgrounds so I assume the just go off our service records to see when the last time they did that was. Feel free to bring someone by to inspect and make sure you have no concerns on this. -There is huge storage toward the front of the trailer with a secure lock. Next to that you will find the battery compartment with 2 deep cycle batteries. -The front storage contains the ONAN 5500 Marquis Gold series gas generator. We modified the exhaust to exit to the driver side of the trailer. This made it much quieter for camping. -On the left side of the trailer you will find 2- 25lb propane tanks, water heater and outside shower. Also this is the hook up for your 50amp service, sewer connections and city water connections. The connections for the sani-flush (black tank spray system) can be found on the entrance side of the trailer. I will never own a trailer without one of these systems. -This side of the trailer also has the slide-out. All the seals around this are soft and seal great. No leaks and gumminess. -Beyond this you will find the fuel station. The ease of not having to haul fuel jugs is unexplainable. It only takes one weekend of that constant smell in a trailer to understand while this is a must for anyone. -The removable access ladder to the roof will let you see, inspect or service either of the A/C units or satellite system. The roof also makes a great perch to watch the firework (usually followed by police lights) at the dunes. -The awning on this trailer is in perfect shape. No rips, tears or stains. -Towing this Fifthwheel requires a sliding hitch if you have less than an 8ft bed. I have been using the autoslide hitch. It would be a pain to have to manually slide the hitch back then forward again every time you need to make a tight turn. This setup costs nearly 1800-2000 bucks. I am throwing this in free to the new owner. I can actually make u-turns in my short bed 4 door Chevy truck. I definitely have saved the cab a few times. -This trailer suited our family for quite some time now. There have been many great memories and lots of good bonding time with my kids. I hope to see another family get those same experiences. If you have owned, stayed in or viewed a Keystone trailer I don’t need to tell you how much the, fit, finish and trim work surpasses that of all the other companies. The detail of the colored and textured interior, the flooring, cabinets and all over quality is the only way to go. Please contact me for lots more photos, to view this trailer of to make an offer. Asking 23500 Obo.
