2009 cremello APHA gelding. 15.2hh & big bodied. No health issues, has never coliced. He has been 5 panel tested N/N. UTD on shots, deworming, shoes & chiro. Shod in front. He is due to have his teeth done. He is the sweetest, most friendly horse you’ll ever meet. He’s a total goofball that is always there to make you smile. He quickly wins over the hearts of everyone who meets him. He loves attention & puts up with everything you can think of to throw at him. He’s been tormented with party hats on his face, pool floaties around his feet, tarps over him, bags hung on his ears, you name it, he’s been tortured with it his whole entire life. NO bite/kick. Clips/Bathes/Loads/Ties. Can be stalled or pastured. Was gelded at the beginning of August. He’s not studdy, he occasionally will still whinny at a horse but rarely. Rides western, English, bareback. He has super smooth gaits. Walk, slow jog, long trot, lope & canter. Direct reins & neck reins. Works off leg. Sidepasses, turns on forehand/hindquarters, lead changes… He’s a bit rusty on all the fancy stuff because he sat for a while, but he knows it just needs a little refreshing. He has given people their first ride on horseback plenty of times in arena/round pen. Beginners & kids have rode him in round pen/arena. He is push button & can be ridden bridleless. I prefer him to go to a home that is experience in horses, but he is one that you can feel safe throwing your beginners friends on or give lessons on. He’s more whoa than go, so if you’re the type of rider that wants a whole bunch of energy, this isn’t the one! If you like the lazy type, that will give you some speed if you really want it, but otherwise would rather not… he’s your boy. He can sit for months & he’s not going to give you a wild ride, he will be the same horse you rode the last time. Great trail horse, rides in groups or alone. He’s been hauled around tons of places & been ridden everywhere. He’s been shown in western pleasure (a couple years ago now) in a few local shows & did well at them. He has been to penning/sorting practices & enjoys chasing the cattle, though he’s never going to be a pro at that because he’s too slow! ;) He crosses water, bridges, anything you want him to cross or go through! He’s been ridden all over streets & trails everywhere, including Norco, with no issues. If you’re looking for a rock solid trail horse, here he is. If you want something flashy to go into the show ring, here he is. I can also see him doing dressage or western dressage, cowboy races, mounted posse, or just being that sought after safe husband/family horse. Yes, he’s safe for the husbands! Yes, he would be a super cute youth horse. Here’s your chance to own the horse of a lifetime. You can ask me anything about this horse & I can give you an honest answer. I’ve had him since he was 4 months old. He has tons of heart & is one of the best horses I’ve ever owned. Selling due to finances, someone is going to get one awesome horse. $5500 obo to amazing, approved home only. Located in Winchester, CA.
