2010-2014 DIE! - 2010 I got sued by Ani Defranco for sampling one of her songs where she refers to liking Assholes This inspired me to write a song based off the character of being the asshole she was singing about(A Pick Up Artist theme track) The cease and desist letter that was sent to Fontana Distribution, had the album revoked from stores and sent back to the distributor causing me to lose over $80,000 in manufacturing & marketing money, when the sales of the album were ruined based off this action Also my The Human Traffic King video was protested by a womens group and it caught the attention of the chainstore Best Buy (the #1 account at the time for Hiphop CD album sales), and their main buyer at the time banned the entire PLR catalog from Best Buy that year, crippling my sales as a result for a good 2 years making life difficult for me I spent 8 months recording this record, and it took major work recording the vocals due to being hoarse from all my touring around the world 3 times, so it would take a week to record a full song at some points I became depressed for a good year after this happened because I lost so much money and this release & video caused me so much problems 2012 The Murder Murder Kill Kill Double EP In 2012, I got back on my feet and released The Murder Murder Kill Kill Double EP, which would act as an EP to hold the fans over while they waited for the next Necro release, and while I spent my time focused recording the collaborative album with Kool G Rap(The Godfathers), Once Upon A Crime As murphys law would have it, the MMKK EP was leaked online 7 weeks before its release by someone at the distributor, by accident, causing sales to be less than they could have been in theory 2013 - The Godfathers I have always wanted to release a full length album with Kool G Rap, and after years of paying dues, finally caught Kool G Raps radar, and we met in Queens and agreed to work on an EP. After Kool G Rap heard me killing it verse after verse and being so impressed with my lyrical skills, G Rap agreed to record a 16 track album with me, something he has never done with an artist before, matter of fact, Kool G Rap has recorded the most songs in his career with me(He did 2 with Nas and a bunch with Wu members) The album was released September 2013, with fans hailing it a classic and the diehards being extremely satisfied with the quality of this release
