2013 14:36:02 -0400 This was an answer I just gave to one more person who had same query I had answered it on my blog name officalmamtakulkarni..tumblr Well Ya I will share you the technique of meditation though its just not the meditation that will help you to realize the high states. There are practical applications towards the path. 1.Enlightenment can’t be followed half hazardly .though its not impossible for common man to travel that path but remember it requires same time that one gives to get an university degree. 2.Can you get your medical degree at the same time acting in films and working 24 hours in studios you will say no 3.and even if you attempt to handle both for that theres’ a beautiful saying mistress of many spices master of none. 4.But right now I will give you small way to start your meditation. 5.out of 24 hours in a day remove 2-3 hours in a day for your meditation. today people spend more then double these hours in watching tv or any not-important work. 6.so don’t say you don’t have those 2-3 hours time for yourself. 7.Second to make it possible to keep those 2-3 hours at the same time everyday. 8.third to choose that time of the day when you are not too sleepy nor too tired. 9.allot yourself a room which is airy if not which has immense silence and clean. 10.fourth to tell your entire household not to disturb you even if theres’ an earthquake. 11.fifth to keep all your phones and mobiles completely off. 12.sixth as soon as you get up after your entire night sleep and after your bath only with a cup of tea maybe handful of peanuts or so and go to your meditation room. 13.Arrange an asan made of wool or thick mattress. sit in an comfortable position.it doesn’t have to be an yogic posture. close your eyes and say to yourself that you will not think and sit with your eyes just shut without any pressure and be in that no thought state for sometime don’t stop breathing as many suggest you to do just breathe normally but don’t be conscious of it the moment you enter deeper in no thought state automatically your breathing will be in state where you are not awared.be in that state till the time you can . 14.first time you will have thoughts coming but put them out of your mind .remember since you are on Gods path and remember meditation is a tool which will wipe your many births sins so the devil is always there to disturb you inform of some-ones at door or some strong disturbed yesterday taught will come on surface. 15.you will be watching tv for 5 hours not a single taught will disturb you but you do mediation and thoughts from deep subconscious will come on surface. 16.just shrug them off and say to yourself I will handle them latter and stay in this state of no though as much as you can .get your focus on third eye in between you eyes internally and stay there. 17.try sitting everyday atleast for 1 hour same time, go on increasing everyday.. 18.then in the other part of your day remove 1/2 hour in the evening for pranayama . 19.inhale from right nostril hold it as much as you can leave from left and inhale from left and exhale from right do this for 1/2 hour. 20.don’t eat anything before 1/2 hour and 1 hour after pranayama you eat anything.do this for some days and let me know 21.
