2013 City of Richmond Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities CarMax Summer League Championships Player Information Wednesday, July 31, 2013 Free parking- 5th and Marshall Street Parking Deck Registration-601 East Leigh Street, Richmond Coliseum Pick up pass (must be worn entire time during Championships) The event is free to the public and will kick off at 5:15pm. Games begin at 5:30pm. (the schedule is fluid due to the nature of the sport). Four youth divisions will play: U-17 Boys, 5:30pmPlayers and coaches need to report no later than 5pm U-15 Girls, 6:30pmPlayers and coaches need to report no later than 6pm U-12 Boys, 7:45pmPlayers and coaches need to report no later than 7pm U-14 Boys, 8:45pmPlayers and coaches need to report no later than 8pm Championships and Ceremony Information Championship presentations will take place immediately after each game in the award ceremony area. When the Division game ends, coaches and players will immediately report to the award ceremony area. Exception: the U-15 Championship presentation will take place after the City’s formal ceremony which is between the U-15 and U-12 game. The official ceremony will take place at 7:35pm or once the U-15 game concludes to thank family, sponsors and participants for a great season. Where: Center Court- Richmond Coliseum Dinner-Food will be served for all league players in the X-Hall of the Coliseum. Only players with passes will enter. No food may enter the main floor. Elite Socks will be given to players that attend championship night at The Colisuem.
