2014 - Year end GP/LP dinner My Limited Partner (my wife) informed me in the afternoon that after calculating the distributions she received from the fund that I run for her on the side(after running my business & taking care of Jihyun/house chores), the annual return was 9.5% for the year This compares to KOSPI which was a minus 4.8% for 2014. Like most funds, General Partner (me), gets 20% of the profit. Thus off we went to dinner. Performance was little down from last year but still she appreciated the efforts thus had the lobster as a main dish on her. Came home later and she made an over the top lobster ramen to end the lovely dinner. Nice way to cap off 2014 despite many ups and downs. Wish all of you a happy and healthy new year.
