After looking through several options and reviews, I decided to go with the UE Boom due to many rave reviews and 5 star ratings.To start things off, the package arrived late. I charged it up to 100% and took it to work. It lasted about 2 hours before it shut off. I was a little bummed but figured I probably just didnt charge it long enough, so I let it charge overnight. Next day, I made sure not to use it and leave off and fully charged until I got to work. After 3 hours, dead. That is very unacceptable for a product claiming 15 hour run time and it doesnt even get a quarter of that amount.The UE Boom gets 1 star because I cant give it anything lower, and because other than the mega short battery life, this little device can get pretty loud.And on a side note, after finding that Im not the only one with this problem, I also found that it has a non-replaceable lithium battery that lasts no longer than 2 years. Yeah, 2 years and only 3 hours per charge, this thing just isnt worth the asking price.I purchased this after an associate at the Apple store recommended it. She said it was better than the Bose Soundlink, Jawbone Jambox and a few others I was eyeing. After being blown away by the sound in the store, I ran home to order it.I am so satisfied with this speaker - its easy to use, fills my entire apartment with sound and is beautiful to look at.Highly recommend.This is an amazing little speaker! I have never heard this good of sound quality out of a speaker this size! It has some volume too. My neighbor is a musician and was very skeptical when he saw it. Then I turned it on and he was blown away! I also like that it is a 360 degree speaker. Logitech really did it right this time.Amazing sound for a speaker this side. It also looks good.
