2014 Perfectly said Laisa Digitaki-Weleilakeba I grew up - TopicsExpress

2014 Perfectly said Laisa Digitaki-Weleilakeba I grew up with Lawrence in Nakula St, Lami and I worked with him at Coca-Cola Fiji. Ive always known him as a responsible and reliable neighbour and co-worker I can depend on. If I was Shareholder or Chairperson of an organisation, I would consider Lawrence as a good Board appointee for his execution excellence. The only issue I have with him which he knows is his support of this treasonous regime and weve agreed to disagree on most of these issues while we still respect each others choice. He knows he cant change what I believe in and vice-versa. Personally, I think his political choices seem to be accommodated by Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji which I think is not going to augur too well with Coca-Cola in the medium to long-term.... and I will not allow a single staff members political preference to sabotage the interest of the companys well-being if I was CEO ... ... And again If I was Lawrence boss,I would ask Lawrence to resign and become a politician or if he doesnt want to, I will terminate his services to safe-guard Coca-Cola from any political baggage introduced by Lawrence political ambitions, given that Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji is a publicly listed company in ASX ... simply put, I will not allow a misjudged and overly ambitious politically motivated staff to dictate the vision of Coca-Cola Fiji based on his tunnelled vision perception.... and since when did Coca-Cola allow its staff with the exception of the CEO in rare appointments to be Board member of various organisations? ... my advise to Lawrence - check the legality and validity of your Board appointees bro for you dont represent the majority shareholders nor legitimately appointed... and in business 101, that means BAD NEWS!
