2014 had some incredible highs and some unbelievable lows. In 2014 I met a man that will forever change my life, a man I still wake up and tell him how much I love him. Sadly, in this same year, I lost him. But in the loss of one I gained a nephew and a niece. Ive started a new job in government, leaving the private sector. Sold my house which had the last project prior to my dads paralysis. Weve seen a a step toward being equal, while seeing a method of discrimination brought to light. Weve seen a science land a satellite probe on a moving target from millions of miles away. 2014, needless to say a heart wrenching year, I make no resolutions for 2015, honestly, I dont know what the fates assign to me, but I walk into 2015.
