2014 has been a roller coaster year for me! In January I made the decision to lose weight and get back into shape. I started with focus T25 and lost 42 lbs. In 90 days. I became beachbody coach because I wanted to inspire other people to achieve the same kind of success. I even went to Las Vegas and filmed and infomercial at coaches summit amd next month will be featured for focus T25 results. I got back from Vegas amd 2 days later my girlfriend of 5 years left me. I was devastated! My whole world was flipped upside down. At this time I was about a month into P90x3. I could have found plenty of excuses not to keep pushing along. Instead I winded myself of my dreams every day. My bills were doubled and I was falling behind fast. The struggle has been real! In August I began Body Beast with the hope hope of adding 10-15 lbs of muscle in 90 days. I lost my job in September and could have given up. I chose faith! Right at that time my little girl got very sick and needed me. I kept going! I am over 7 weeks into 12 weeks of body beast and I have gained 10 lbs of muscle. I also being my career with Verizon Wireless Monday and I continue to help others reach their health and fitness goals as a team beachbody coach! Today I have have a great relationship with my family, my children and even their mother. We are Co parenting very well together. I have an amazing new girlfriend the encourages me and I am so grateful to her. All of this has happened as a result of my relationship with God! My faith is the one constant in my life. It propels me when I want to quit! Even this week as I suffered from a nasty head cold, I set a plan to adjust my workouts so I would stay on track. Goals goals goals! If you are struggling with consistency or need that extra push in the the right direction hit me up. I would love to share my experience and strength with you.
