2015 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship qualification The 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship starts with a qualifying competition which will begin in March 2013 and finishes in September 2014. The final tournament will be held in Czech Republic. There are ten groups. Two of these groups have six teams; the remaining eight groups consists of five teams. Group competition is a double round robin: each team hosts a game with every other team in its group. At the conclusion of qualifying, the team at the top of each group and four best second-placed teams qualify for the two-legged play-offs scheduled in October 2014, with the winner of each play-off tie qualifying for the finals.
