The race, which will be the opening event of the 2015 NYRR Five-Borough Series, will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2015, with United Airlines as the new title sponsor. Applicants can visit the official 2015 United Airlines NYC Half race page to apply. The applicant drawing will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. There were more than 40,000 applicants for the 2014 NYC Half, and 20,828 runners finished—the most in the event’s history.
