2015 is on the horizon. The time for a new you for a lot of people, many peoples New Year Resolutions will be based around exercising more and eating better. As you know I offer many nutritional packages to help with that side of things just head on over to the website. But this year to do something a bit different Im going to help you out a lot more with the exercise side of things. Each day for 31 days from January 1st I will be giving you a new workout to do. These workouts will take an absolute maximum time of 30 mins and they require no equipment other than maybe a couple of bottles of water! Who hasnt got 30 mins max in a day to exercise? Most of the workouts will take a lot less. These exercises will help to improve: Upper Body Strength Lower Body Strength Core Strength Cardiovascular fitness Body shape Weight loss chances Exercise knowledge Health in general And much more! Rather than joining a gym, going everyday for a week or two then giving it up why not save your money try this for a month and then make your next move. If you do exercise regularly then this could give your workouts just an added boost or a few new ideas. Any workouts you cant do over the next month just comment below and Ill give you an alternate one to do. Also if you dont know what a particular exercise is just comment or look on youtube. So look out on January 1st for workout number 1. Maybe do that one a little later in the day once the bad head has gone ;-) Also please remember to like and share the statuses to try and get as many people involved in this as possible. Also send in photos or videos of yourself doing them. Ill try to get a couple in myself. This isnt a 30 day ab challenge or anything like that making big promises like youll have a 6 pack or lose a stone. But what I will promise you is YOU WILL FEEL BETTER and YOU WILL BE FITTER and maybe even enjoy a little bit on the way :) Get 2015 off to the best start!
