Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, The Executive Governor of Kano State. The choice of red cap, white cloth and black shoes for the Red Cap Movement is not only to immortalize the highly respected politician for his struggle, hardwork and commitment to the emancipation of the people but also to remind the members of the movement, the task ahead, i.e. the emancipation of the common man and uplifting Nigeria from its current position of near total collapse. Hardwork, honesty and perseverance in the successful implementation of government policies. 8. Responsible and responsive leadership in the public service delivery. 9. Youth and women empowerment through skills acquisition and vocational training for self employment. 10. Implementation of all meaningful health programmes with emphasis on maternal and child care services. 11. Compassionate attitude towards children, the old, the sick, pregnant women and vulnerable people in the society.
