20th January Zambia goes to the polls One thing you must know is that to lead is to be a servant and the people you lead are the bosses. We have to choose a candidate who will be a servant and not a boss. Zambians are employers and whoever wins on the 20th will be an employee accountable to the Zambians. The campaigns are the job interviews they are undergoing answering some of the questions we need to help us make a deision, questions such as; Tell us about yourself, why should we hire you?, how will you handle this or that particular situation?, what are your strengths?, what makes you think you are right candidate than the others ..etc These and many other questions are questions that are to help you assess the candidates to help you make a decision. Job interviews need preparation and practice. Who of the 11 candidates are satisfactorily answering the critical questions that you the employer has been asking during tese campaigns? Choose wisely.
