21 Day Fix - Total Body Cardio Fix What I love about this program is that it works for everyone and every fitness level! Today I wanted to highlight HOW you can take your #21dayfix workout to a new level! Here is a side shuffle with a squat. What I did to challenge myself was to hop up on the 2 shuffles and then increased the speed of the shuffle. This definitely got my heart rate up and my legs burning. Tip: if a move is starting to feel easy for you, then change the pace, the range of motion, increase reps and increase weights! Hope this helps!
