#21DayYogaChallenge #1DietProgram - * Drink at least 5 litres of water everyday. * Avoid pulses like rajma (kidney beans), chole (chickpeas) and dal as they cause bloating. These pulses have more carbohydrate than protein. *Absolutely NO DESSERT. If you crave for sweets, have seasonal fruits. You could use stevia which is natural sweetener in tea and coffee. *Avoid the bakery products and food items cooked using maida. *Include leafy vegetable daily in your bowl of salad. Spinach / lettuce are easily available. * Reduce your intake of salt and use it sparingly. 1) Drink 2 glasses of plain water, 30 mins after you finish the workout in morning. 2) Breakfast - 5 almonds, 2 walnut, bowl of papaya + oats porridge. You can replace papaya with pomegranate or seasonal fruits. 3) Around 10.30 am - 11 am - Bowl of watermelon / muskmelon / Guava or any seasonal food. 4)Around 12.30 pm - 1 pm - Small bowl of salad (leafy vegetable is must). Do not add artificial / ready-made dressing. Use lime, olive oil,garlic or honey to enhance the flavor. After finishing salad, have simple lunch of chapati + sabji (veg/non-veg) 5) Around 4 pm - Green Tea / Glass of nimbu pani / Coffee (replace sugar with stevia) 6)Evening snacks can consist of sprouts, roasted peanuts or nuts. Eat handful of these. 7) Avoid raw vegetables for dinner. Have cooked vegetables and make sure you finish your dinner by 8 o clock. You can have proteins like egg, fish, chicken breast (non-veg) OR tofu, paneer (veg) If you are not able to follow this diet on any day, dont give up totally. Dony feel guilty about it. Just get yourself back on track from next meal. All the best :)
